Network Design
Design and configuration of a business computer network created to meet a customer's specific requirements.
Why this project
This was a school assignment. We split into teams and created two companies: one prepared network requirements while the other designed a solution. The teacher randomly paired the companies. We received a specific set of requirements and had to prepare a network solution that met them, while the other team did the same for us.
Project overview
We designed a computer network topology for an internet café, prepared its configuration in Cisco Packet Tracer and verified communication between devices. We can now see several mistakes that we overlooked at the time, but learning from them was an important part of the project.
