I graduated in Information Technology with a specialisation in computer networks. I hold the Cisco CCNA 3 certification and have hands-on experience installing networks and providing on-site technical support.
I am technically curious, persistent when troubleshooting and focused on seeing tasks through to completion. I enjoy understanding how things work beneath the surface and finding the root cause of a problem rather than merely treating its symptoms.
